    Often, we jump on the thought of buying a yoga mat, and accessories and start practicing with no real knowledge of the art. I push my body too far, and thus got minor injuries, but after my recovery, I was very particular on getting a partner to walk the journey with me, to gain knowledge of the art, to get lessons on how to progress further.
